A Review of ROVE Hotel in Healthcare City Dubai

It’s chic, it’s stylish, it’s modern, it’s ROVE!

This three star hotel is extraordinary and definitely the place to be for those who wants to stay in an affordable, convenient and trendy concept hotel.

I booked this stay for a mini-getaway since I’ve been stress at work lately, they have an offer for RAK bank card holders and the discount was irresistible, good thing I went ahead with it.

The reception was spacious and spotless, the hotel staff were friendly and offered an option for an early check in since I was already at the hotel at 10:00am, a small fee applies, but it’s better than waiting for check in time which is at 4:00PM.

Just behind the reception area is this lovely lounge. It’s got plenty of space to sit around and meet people (if you’re an extrovert that is).

The mezzanine floor was a surprise, it’s got plenty of rooms for corporate meetings and again plenty of seats to chill, there’s a foosball table, a full size table tennis, dart board, the pool and gym. What I liked about it is the DIY laundry and iron room, this is very useful for long stay guests since this can be an additional expense for those visiting Dubai.

Inside the “Rover Room” is a comfortable King bed, and a couch that can be converted to a bed. A total of three guests can stay in the room, how great is that deal?

The room has all the basic amenities plus the room smells really great probably because there are no smoking rooms in the hotel.

The washroom is simple and clean, they use refillable containers for the toiletries which has been an ongoing green initiative for most of the hotels here in the UAE.

The hotel also has a ZOOM convenience store at the lobby, computers for guest use, an arcade, and luggage locker room.

I really love the concept of this hotel. The express check out was perfect to end my stay. This is definitely not your average three star hotel, you will surely get more than what you paid for and I recommend this to everyone who will be visiting Dubai especially those who’ll be staying for long, honestly speaking, to be a “Rover” is quite an experience.
